Online Shopping Policies
SHIPPING
Orders placed on our website will be shipped out to you within 7 business days.
Personalized items may take up to 10 business days before being shipped.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your order you can return the item(s) for store credit or you may exchange the item(s) for other Candid pieces within 7 days of receiving your order. There are absolutely no returns or refunds on personalized items unless we made a mistake on the personalization.
Permanent Jewelry Policies
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our goal is to offer a great permanent jewelry experience at an affordable price. If you experience any issues due to a mishap on our end such as chains tarnishing, turning skin green or breaking within 14 days of the day your jewelry got welded you are eligible for a 100% refund or you can get a new chain applied at no cost.

If you at any point snag your permanent piece and accidentally rip it off, no biggie! We are always happy to reapply for $10.

Due to hats being customized by you at a Hat Bar event, there are absolutely no returns or refunds.

If you experience any issues due to a mishap on our end such as patches peeling off, falling off, etc within 7 days of your purchase at the Patch Bar you are eligible for a refund or we will fix your Patch Bar product.

We are always open to whatever crazy ideas you may have for your Candid Pop Ups, however we do have a few slight rules that we ask you to abide by when attending a pop up.

1. Please do not touch, look through or take anything out of our storage boxes. We will always have all of our options we want to offer out for you to choose from. Please do not go through our personal belongings.
2. Our time is valuable. Please make sure whoever is attending your pop up is there within the given time range. We will not stay longer than the given time range unless it is taking more time on our end to give you the best permanent jewelry experience.
